    I love my camera but the USB connection is not working. I need to take it back. This was the first time I tried to use it. I was updating the software and now my camera is inoperable because it is waiting for the info.

    Beginner here, easy to use and takes amazing pictures. My 8 year old son uses it and the menu is friendly enough for him.

    A similar model was accidentally destroyed on a trip. It took the best pictures for someone with little talent. My first priority was to go to my nearest Best Buy store and use my points to buy another. I'm sure the sales person was surprised at the little time time he needed with me. My photos of full moons show craters within craters. Awesome!

    We had been eyeing this camera but didn't want to spend so much. We saw it on an open box deal though and got it for quite a bit less. Was disappointed it didn't come with a battery but I guess that is why it was such a lower price. Overall, the camera has been everything we hoped it would be. Takes awesome pictures, and the zoom is fantastic. Would recommend for sure.

    Quality and joy. -drop the mic. Easy to use and the zoom is ridiculous!!!!! This was sold out and I needed to buy a camera for my son who is 16 so 1st bought the Canon - PowerShot SX60 HS but returned it within a week and got the better camera. This Sony. Buy it. You'll love it. Has familiar features as the big Sony boys have and holds up very well in every lighting condition we've thrown at it. Also with the hot shoe, you can now do off camera flash!

    Took camera on a photo safari in Zambia and South Africa. Spent a lot of time in Kruger and other game reserves. Took over 1200 shots of many animals still and moving. Had some great shots up to 700 yards away. Quality is excellent for a point and shoot zoom camera.
