I Love it, Easy to Use, Professional Looking Pictures

Really like the clarity of the pictures. Easy to operate with lots of features.

I'm not a photographer but using this camera is pretty easy. Picture clarity is amazing and I love the GPS feature.

My wife and I bought this camera before our first child was born. This camera gives us the ability to take excellent pictures and switch to video at any moment. The clear picture and amazing zoom helps us to take professional quality pictures. This camera has lived up to our high expectations.

This is the second one I've bought, my wife loves it. The Carl Zeiss lens is really good. The battery life could be better, but overall its a great camera, and the pictures come out really nice. If you don't want to step up to a dslr, then this would be a good option. The 50x optical zoom really helps get some great shots from a distance. I only give it 4 stars because of the battery, it's ok, but takes awhile to recharge, I'll end up getting another extra eventually.

Not complicated to use and has good instructions. Nice quality photos. Very good distance and macro. Colors are vivid.

I bought this camera mainly to take video because I already have a Nikon SLR camera. I experimented in taking photos and I was beyond delighted by the result. For example, I took picture of my son in his car at dusk, the picture was bright like it was taken during the day. So I put away my Nikon and just started using this camera for both photos and videos.

Easy to use, light weight, takes great photos. Good battery life

I was looking for a camera that also had a viewfinder. There aren't many left out there, but this is a very nice camera so far. My daughter couldn't believe how sharp the pictures were I took of her boys playing little league, and they were telephoto on top of that. Worth the extra money.

I chose this one over the Nikon p700 because I preferred the way the manual focus worked for this one. However after being an Nikon fan my whole life I can actually tell you the Nikon takes better pictures, but with as hard as it is to manual focus, I think I made the right choice. This has great options and does nicely for beginner - intermediate user, or in my case someone that doesn't like to cart around a bunch of lenses on a casual shoot.

This camera gives you some control or can work fully automatically. It also shoots great pictures using zoom, in all levels of light, and when things are in motion. The camera will give you a hint if it knows you can switch settings or use the flash (even in light) for a better shot.

With a 50X zoom, you are able to get in close. This is my third Sony Camera and as with the others before it, I couldn't be happier with the results. I have also owned Nikon cameras and to me, the Sony produces much better color. The biggest problem I have is taking too many pictures and having to choose between them.

I bought this camera to replace the earlier version of it that I purchased 8 years ago. I take a lot of pictures & it finally wore out. I love this model. It takes great pictures & you don't need to carry extra lenses. The 50x optical zoom gives me sharp, clear pictures. Highly recommend it.

It's a pretty good camera light in weight and has all the features a good SLR camera has.
