Good but needs improvements

My husband is an avid gamer so with frequent use the toggles or buttons go and I need replaced after 4 months. This recent purchase I returned same week and replaced. Out of the box a button wasn't aligned so it rubbed causing both pieces to wear down white. Hubby said gameplay was disrupted as button would stick. Best Buy was awesome as always. I only shop from them when possible.
