The Dual Shock 3 is the control to get for PS3. It has always been reliable and it is made by Sony.

I am continually have problems with the PlayStation three remote controls after a while you start having disconnection issue I've change remotes several times don't know how many remotes I don't think they are made as durable as the PlayStation four Remote I have a PlayStation four game also and I have not had to change the remote one time. It's funny you sent this email because I have to take two remotes back as of today for the same issue

For PS3 I only buy Sony brand controllers as the third party ones cannot compare.

My controller bricked and I was able to price match this one for a reasonable price. It's not a knock off so I expect it to work for a long time.

Six axies is the best part. being able to use the entire controller in a game adds a lot of fun.
