It feels "stiff" when you press in the buttons. and glitches out sometimes. wouldn't recommend

Such an easy and simple little attachment that can make ease of use for some games. This is a cheap little upgrade that helps keep your wallet safe instead of investing in a controller that is over 100$. Having the 3 different profiles just by double clicking or holding to change the layout is so simple. If you want a little upgrade and can get use to the bulkiness a bit, then this is a must buy.

These back buttons are the most basic of basic in the modded controller industry. Compared to pro controllers licensed by Sony, these are all you really need if you're not too into being competitive stuff. You are able to have Custom settings (3 in total) so if you like to rotate between games that have different layouts, it's a great option. Quick and easy tap will change your custom settings(if you don't like to smudge your stuff, id advise to leave the plastic cover on there.) If you do have to change them, holding down the display will give you the option to change what the button does. Having a good amount of hours using these (About 70 hours as of last week when I got them) I've become accustomed to them. They really help with fine tuning my gameplay in games like Borderlands 3, Modern warfare, Apex legends, Dead cells, Shadow warrior 2. They're comfy even during long play sessions. Depending on who you are, you may accidentally press the buttons. Training myself to have a relaxed grip during intense gameplay helped with this problem. Just takes a bit of getting used to. Tl;dr: These are a great, cheap, and easy option to use if you're down on money or won't want to spend $150+ on pro controllers. Takes a bit of getting used to if you tend to grip your controller during your gameplay.

Took a second to get it to plug in but it works like a charm... easy to set up... doesn’t move out of place... tried the highest priced remote and didn’t like it but this attachment is great and worth the price! It’s not for everybody but try it out yourself.

After having this connected to my Black PS4 controller, it seems to have killed its battery since I had only not used the controller for several months and my other standard PS4 grey controller worked fine after not being used for several months as well. And the controller has only been in use since 2017 or so. So my theory is this back button attachment must have been sucking power gradually over time and left the lithium ion battery without a charge for a long time which killed the battery (lithium ion batteries like to hold onto a charge and have to be charged fully once a year to maintain its intended life span). BEWARE!! AND DISCONNECT YOUR BACK BUTTON ATTACHMENT IF YOU WILL NOT BE USING THE CONTROLLER FOR A WHILE SO YOU DON'T HAVE A $60 CONTROLLER TURN INTO A DISPLAY MODEL!

I grabbed one as soon as I saw they got back in stock, and I have no regrets. Works just like it’s advertised. It took a few days to get use to how I should hold the controller (because I use a Kontrolfreak on my right analog stick) but after I figured it out, I have absolutely no problem with it being on. I like that it still has a headphone jack on the bottom, and the multiple profiles make it easy jumping from game to game. It’s easy to use, and is a great addition for a gamer. It’ll take a little to get use to using those buttons, and it’ll take a bit of time actually figuring out what you want to map the buttons to (I always go for a reload button on one) but that’s not the products fault. For $30, I’m pleased with my purchase, and I’ve already told all my friends about it.

Cheapest way to not have to buy a scuff controller. Pads are responsive.

This thing is great when on sale. Remaps two buttons to the back in an accessible and comfortable position. Doesn't require an app or PS4 to reconfigure and is easy enough to use I haven't had to look at the instructions since installing it. That, however, is the one part I have found frustrating. The installation made me feel like I was breaking something as it is truly difficult to get the angle right.

Having back buttons takes some getting used to but comes in handy. Get it on sale if you can.

I was not crazy about this back button attachment. At first, I liked it. Then I got to playing a game and was in a fight scene and kept accidentally hitting the back buttons since the buttons are where the main part of my grip is located. So instead of beating up on guys I ended up flying towards the boss. I didn't want to do that at the time. I also for some reason kept trying to press both back buttons on the attachment when I really wanted to hit R2 and L2. Yes I could have programmed it that way, but that wouldn't have benefited me at all. I ended up removing it. I also couldn't find a comfortable way to hold my controller with this on. I will give it another shot on a different game that I haven't started yet. Maybe that might make a difference.

Fits like OJ's glove. Buttons are clicky and responsive. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to prep themselves for the PS5 controller.

Bought this immediately when it came out....and then it stopped working a month or so later :/

I have big hands and it just hurt to hold the controller with this on so i had my brother try it and he has about average hands and he also felt it was uncomfortable. Just save up and buy a scuf controller if you really want the paddles
