I first encountered the DualShock 4 controller when I was playing on my PS4 and it was great. Lightweight, great response time, love the LEDs that change colors , touchpad is also good and triggers are responsive enough for feedback. Now I switched back to PC gaming and this is great. I'm running it with "DS4Windows" which is a 3rd party app to make the DS4 controller work on Windows. It's great! you can use it either wired or wireless and charge from PC with the micro-usb cable it comes with. I played WWE 2k18, NBA2k18, COD: WWII, and South Park with it. So far- great! Highly recommend if you use controllers for PC gaming.

My son nor grandson play online and this controller has a great grip and nice features that the PS3 controller didn't. Overall it is worth the price.

I bought this controller for my boyfriend as one of the things I gave him for our one year anniversary. He really loves using it. He claims that the controller I bought him is lucky because he gets some pretty sweet wins in his games now compared to his old controller that came with his new upgraded ps4. I liked the red color because I thought it looked sharp and his favorite color is red. I also purchased a 2 year warranty on the controller because I wanted to make sure that if it broke he could get it replaced without an issue. So far the controller has been good and no issues. The only issue I had was the best buy nearest to me didn't have the red controller so I had to drive quite a ways to get it.

I really think Sony's Dual-Shock 4 is a great controller for a lot of reasons. I've been an avid gamer, my whole life, and I've grown to appreciate something that's ergonomic, light, and responsive to my input. There's a couple of minor gripes I have with it, but overall, I believe the good far outweigh the bad. I love the touch-pad. It's a great example of a multi-use feature and it doubles as an extra button, which comes in handy as I, as well as the rest of hardcore gamers, I'm sure, can appreciate having another input to utilize for games that necessitate it. The speaker doesn't really add anything to the deal for me because, generally, I wear headphones when I game so I can't hear the sound emanating from it when I play games that take advantage of the functionality. But when I wear headphones from time to time the sound pops and crackles on occasion. The only thing that seems to fix this is when I plug the controller into the system, then the sound is fine. That sole caveat aside, I like everything about the Dual-Shock 4. And that's about all there is to say.

Great looking controller, works great, no issues!!

Works like it should and no problems with it so far.

My first two launch PS4 controllers crapped out on me. One had the R1 button stick and the other had the right stick make movements in the opposite directions when pressed very lightly. I tossed them both and bought this white one. Not sure if improvements were made to the design or not, but no issues yet, about 3 months in.
