    Customer service was excellent. A lot of store are sold out of ps4 controllers but Best Buy has a lot in stock

    This is the best controller for the PS4. I wouldn't recommend any other controller because with the Sony controller, you are guaranteed that all features of the controller, such as sound and lighting, works correctly.

    This is the best Playstation controller in my option. I've had enough with the knock off. On the flip side, why does Sony make them to last well for 2 years and then give us the urge to get a new one for better performance. We spend as much on controllers as the system during the life of a Playstation generation.

    You can never go wrong with a brand new controller. They last avout 8-12 months before they start to show drift.

    my other 2 original ps4 controllers died pretty much at the same time. i think it was because i was charging them with my phone charger rather than the ps4 itself. i will def not be trying to charge them that way again.
