It never connected to my PS4

When it arrived it was in good condition and turned on and everything, but when I tried to pair it to my PS4 it wouldn't connect. Me and my dad tried to connect it for a whole week, we looked up different solutions and none of them worked. I finally decided to return it and got a full refund. I was really sad that it didn't work, I'm gonna keep looking for a new controller.

Quality Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Official PS4 controllers are quality made, sturdy and do last a long time but there are a couple of choices that Sony made that stop me from giving it a 5 out of 5. The battery is not easily replaceable but it is rechargeable so that is a point that nullifies it self for me. What does suck for me is the quality of the rubber on the dual analog sticks, when you have youngsters using it it will wear away, so I suggest getting some replacement caps to put on them to avoid this being a problem. Solid Ps4 Controller

No particular issues to speak of. Cool feature of this case, you can see the vibration mechanics go to work and it shows off a lot of the interior. Have also used it connected to a PC via a micro-usb cable with no problem.
