Bought this for my roommate as a birthday gift - he loves it. He had third party controllers which broke, so this one works perfectly.

Battery life is better than I expected for all it does. I jumped the first time sound game out of it from MLB The Show as the PS3 did not have a speaker in the controller. Speaker can become gimmicky. My only issue with the controller are the options and share buttons. They are too flush with the controller and my big fingers have problems hitting them which gives it a four star. I would like to see Sony make these buttons easier to see in a dark room and hit when needed. I especially have to use the options button a lot in the games I play.

That was excellent, no problem with that until today.

Works great great price battery stays charged for a while

This controller is pretty good. I wanted to use it with a PC but I had challenges. I could not get it to work with a USB cable like I did with my older PS4 DS4. It may have been just a new firmware the new ones do not support yet. So I have to wait a little longer.

Nice working controller. However I don't agree on the price. I think it's a bit much for a controller that's not even for next gen. But oh well.

Great controller. Classy looking and very handy...

This is Sony's latest incarnation of their Dualshock line. Unlike the original introduced well into the lifecycle of the first PlayStation, this controller is wireless and includes a small touchpad. However, it costs almost 2 1/2 times as much. These days most multiplayer gaming involves one person per console and a network connection. However, if I want to play Little Big Planet wit my three kids, I need to pay $180+tax for the controllers. That's quite an investment. It's a comfortable, well-built, and well-designed controller...but it comes at a significant price.

We have a lot of gaming controllers in various colors, we didn't want another black and this is the one I use. My significant other uses the controller that came with the console. It's a nice controller. It's not too bright of a color which is also good and it's still easy to see if we are trying to look for it.

Great quality , battery last long enough . I recommended.

Best licensed controller on made by sony, i normally buy generic controllers for console's, but sony did a excellent job on this controller. Worth the price.
