Customer Ratings & Reviews

Controllers with color tend to somehow last longer than the standard black, which is a shame since its so classic

You know what you are buying and why. I experienced no issues with it or Best Buy in regards to this purchase. Only thing to comment is that Best Buy was out of most colors when I purchased, which was mildly disappointing.

Everything about my experience was amazing my controllers works great

This is my second controller, my first one is a white camo version, decided to get this one because I wanted to have both of them. The controllers work great and easy to use.

While I am not a personal fan of the clear controllers, my kid was and as with all PS4 controllers, it is built study and very well. It it a lot better than the PS3 controllers when it comes to comfort, and has a nice battery life that lasts longer than any one sitting of games should last.

I like the color and it is really easy to control.

Great controller love the color pattern and design

Love the blue color and how easy it is to control.

It's a good original product. I've used my first controller for more than 5 years. It was broken, and I ordered this red one. I liked it!

Excellent Excellent When the success of your next quest hangs in the balance, or only one more hairpin turn stands between you and first place. When the clock is running out and your team must defend that flag at all costs, or the next combo attack could either be your greatest or your last. When the on-screen action is intense, nothing matters more to the success of your game than the relationship you have with the controller in your hands. The DUALSHOCK family of controllers has always brought you innovative features and precise control. The DUALSHOCK 4 is no different and brings an exciting array of additional features that are designed to usher your gaming experience into the next generation. With these additions, the DUALSHOCK 4 Controller becomes an extension of your brain, turning every move of your fingers into an accurate performance in the game — and in your hands, accurate performance can only mean victory. How gamers use a controller is being redefined right before our very eyes as the next generation of consoles also redefines many other aspects of gaming. The DUALSHOCK 4 controller is equipped with a multitouch touch pad on the face of the controller, opening up a new world of gameplay. The integrated light bar generates a rainbow of colors and works with your favorite games to enable innovative gaming experiences. The DUALSHOCK 4's share button lets you upload screenshots and video of epic gaming moments or live-stream sessions with your pals — with the press of a button. Besides all of the new innovations, the DUALSHOCK 4 controller improves features from past controllers, such as the feel, shape and sensitivity of the dual analog sticks and trigger buttons for enhanced control and a built-in speaker and stereo headset jack for flexible audio options. The future of gaming is now, and the features of this controller live up to the hype. HIDE FULL DESCRIPTION

Having never seen the insides of a game controller before, unless I've 'accidentally' smashed it, it is nice to have this crystal model with the see through front. You can watch the rumble thing working, understanding How it gives you the rumble, as well as gaze at some of the internal workings. Plus like all PS4 controllers I've encountered before, it is a hardy beast and put back together if you squeeze the controller a little too hard, or having a fit of rage and chuck the controller into the wall. The wall will fall before the controller fully breaks. But hey, maybe just don't do that... might not be good.

Costumer service was amazing! controller is working wonder's kids are mad bc im cracked at rainbow siege lol thanks!

I searched for this prior to Christmas & Best Buy had the very BEST price around. The shipping was super fast & I had it in 2 days. I highly recommend going to Best Buy for all of your electronics & appliances. They have what they say they have in stock, they price match & the shipping & service is exceptional.

Product is great, easy to use. It's my 2nd multicam controller. Last a long time and are very durable.

Color is awesome! Same as any other PS4 controller otherwise. Battery life could be better, but the controller is really ergonomic & responsive.

The DS4 is a good feeling controller. But I have to admit one of the reasons I purchased this one is because my original DS4 started making character walk forward when I pressed L2. The one I bought does not do that, so that's good, but I'll update my review if it does it again.

I needed a new controller and I was lucky to find this one on sale. This happens to be my favorite color and it was actually the cheaper of all the colors that were on sale. Other than that I mean it's an official PS4 controller which means it gets the job done.

With newer video games you MUST stick with the Manufacturer controller. The PS4 controller has sooo much to offer with a touchpad, speaker, plug for headphones. Good Weight and durable. I did get one controller that was separating and I sent back and got a new one fairly quickly, but I had to pay the shipping.

It’s a nice different color to have on a PS4 controller. Looks very clean. Reliable ps4 controller.

Being a long-time PlayStation gamer - going back to the days of the PS One and the wired controllers - this controller is a little different than the PS3 wireless controller, so it does take a little getting used to. But, as always, it works great, feels great in your hands and I have nothing negative to say about it!
