Added Stick Drift Feature?

I'm a moderate gamer who is easy on my stuff. My previous controller (Same one) lasted 3 years no issues aside from R2 wearing out. Stick drift on less than a month old controller is absolutely unacceptable. Gone are the days of quality built items. How am I supposed to feel comfortable buying another one?
