Customer Ratings & Reviews

I received my controller in the mail with no issues, super fast shipping. There is nothing like using a fresh ps4 controller. I originally wanted the white PS4 controller but settled with silver. But I actually have no issue as the color is amazing and looks super nice.

This product is of very good quality totally recommended

DualShock 4 Wireless Controller for Sony PlayStation 4 bought for my son he seems to love it and has no complaints. Would recommend.

SuperB quality service with BestBuy, very easy to navigate the app and website. Saved some money using BestBuy and this product works fantastic!

Would definitely recommend, pretty strong controller as well, ive dropped it many times hard and still works perfect.

Great Controller works fine.Sony finally fixed these controllers i think had a lot of trouble with the early controllers after alittle use.

My original PS4 controllers are seven years old and don’t hold a charge for very long. This one lasts for hours and hours. I have tried the aftermarket ones on Amazon and they aren’t the same.

The best thing I like about the PS4 controller is touchpad and how easily you can navigate on the keyboard, and the vibrations and shocks during the game completely sync with the game. Battery life is great and can last for 12 - 13 hours of gameplay in a single charge

Picked this up in store since my extra controller had a beverage poured on it and the joysticks would stick. These products always function exactly like they should. I've never had any issues with any Ps4 controllers (except for the sticky joystick, which was my fault).

This the new updated controller that comes with newer PS4 consoles. It is a very good controller but the old controller works just as well. If you are on a tight budget, I would get the old controller since it costs less but get this controller if you want the most up to date.

They definitely don't disappoint! The matte texture definitely gives you a better grip! I like the little added light bar. Gives it a nice little touch without bothering you during games.

Needed an extra controller for my PS4, and what better way to have a Black Friday Deal on them! $40!! I’ve actually wanted this color for so long but was always 50/50 cause I didn’t want to spend the $60. Overall though awesome controller and color makes it even better!

I bought The dual shock 4 wireless controller along with Sony playstation 4. I must say i was amazed by the playstation and the overall experience of multiplayer gaming. The controller device is very user friendly and great to use. I will highly recommend this to my friends.

It has a sleek design and fits well in my hands. I have not issues in charging and it does not glitch out.

Very good wireless controller for PS4 console. It was on sale so I bought it. Very good product for your gaming.

Dual Shock 4 controllers are great. But when you game heavily, expect the batteries to maybe last two years. I recommend the protection plans because of this.

Aint nothing like the real thing. Great wireless controller, the grip feels good, buttons are easy to press.

Hasn't failed me yet. Looks nice and works well. Wish it had a power cable in the box though.

Worked real well and no problems with it would recommend it to my friend

A great controller that has lasted me many years. I’ve only had to replace it due to me wearing out the battery.
