Only lasted a MONTH, luckily I had geek squad

Making it nearly impossible to play. Had the warranty and swapped out for another. Next time I need a PS4 controller, I’m getting a #scufgaming controller.

Bad quality

Bought 2 controllers less than 2 months ago and already buttons are sticking/not working. It's the only controller for the ps4 so you can't avoid buying it, but I wish they would have made it more durable. I use the controllers sparingly, and for them to wear down this quick is awful.

Overall good product

Replaced a PS4 Controller that had a problem

Could have sent it off but this was faster and with the Best Buy Warranty ...if it goes out then I can just take it back for a replacement. The first controller that broke was only about 4 months old. Seems to be a problem from what I seen and all related to the switches breaking.....maybe this one will work longer and better.

Very pleased with the overall construction of the unit. It only lasted a year and then I had to buy a new one, though. Happy gaming...

The controller was fixed under warranty but the one I purchased from Best Buy works great and I was sure to get the extended protection plan along with it.
