Got stick drift immediately

We're talking maybe 75-100 hours a year, and most of that time is spent on VR games, so I was surprised to find out I had stick drift the first time I played Borderlands, shortly after initially testing this controller. I found this out just outside of Best Buy's return policy and Sony wasn't very helpful either. Disappointed at best.

Great price on the protection plan

Left stick was loose/broken
