Broken Remote

I did not actually use this remote until about 2 months after purchased. When used, I found out this remote was defective. I contacted Best Buy for an Even Exchange and was told that it was too late. So apparently the was they shipped this remote put too much pressure on the joystick.

Controller stopped working

Unfortunately less than two months later It stopped working and unable to return. No warranty came with the product. I now wish I had bought the insurance but who would have thought it would fail so soon. Considering the price I expected a better quality product.
