Customer Ratings & Reviews

My older PS4 controllers weren’t compatible with iOS, so I purchased this for my iOS devices. Pairs easily and the iOS gaming experience is infinitely better now that I have this.

I liked the price and quality also the warranty and it was easy to use and set up

I end up getting a new one every year. FPS games take a toll on the left & right sticks. I've been using the KontrolFreek attachments. Hopefully they'll make the controller last longer.

Good quality control , white color is very appealing .

This is a quality controller. Anything Sony makes isn’t disappointing. We got this as a replacement for our PS4 because my son broke the previous one.

Finally bought a new controller, which was much needed. The joystick surface on this has a great grippy texture, and the battery lasts for hours, unlike my old one. I am very happy with my purchase!

My son bought this PS4 controller for his PC gaming, and it works great.

Grandson said it was the best gift ever. Will purchase again.

Great color, great controller. I just hope this holds up better than the one that came with the PS4. The original controllers thumb stick cover ripped off, so I had to buy a new controller. This one feels and looks better.

I bought this to go with my kids' PS4 for Christmas. They love their controller. I bought another color also, so, they wouldn't fight over them. I have used this before and it feels and works very well. It is heavy enough to feel sturdy, but not so much that it is tiring. The vibration and the lights are nice as well. The little buttons near the top take some getting used to (at least to me; my kids don't seem to have a problem). Overall, I recommend this PS4 controller.

As expected . Love it. Would buy it again . Love it

I bought this for my brother for his birthday and he loves it !!! I bought him the blue one because it was a beautiful color and it is his favorite controller now.

The DualShock 4 controller is a quality controller in terms of how it feels and how light it is. All of the buttons and the triggers are super responsive. My main gripe with the controller however is the battery life. I would heavily recommend buying two controllers if you intend to play for long sessions due to the battery life on the controller not being too long.

Ps 4 controller as good as all the rest. I’m was happy they had them for delivery. Christmas was a little bit brighter thanks to Best Buy !

I bought this for my son. He loves it. He plays a lot, so he knows when it is good or not.

I got think ps4 pad from best buy and I’ll say it’s works very good 100% thanks best buy.

This is by far my favorite controller. On top of using it for the PS4, I use it for emulators and it just works perfectly for any game I want to play on any console.
