I also selected not to recommend to a friend, but what else are you going to get? That's where they get ya and charge to much.

Poorly made

I cannot return it and Sony will not even try to fix it. Don't bother buying this model.

Then the controllers are always sold out when you go to the store. Ridiculously waiting 2 months for supply.

Good Controller!

Too bad the triggers are inferior to the Xbox One controller since they are not real triggers just tabs. I guess no controller can have it all.

Thank goodness for Best Buy extended service agreement! Hope PS5 controller is improved. This is repeated problem with daily use.

I wish the controller was a bit larger, it is awkward in my hands (XL Large Glove Size). In addition, I wish the controllers had a longer battery life... Overall great controller just like the system.

Unfortunately the right hand stick found its way to get stuck in the up position and stay there. Bought new. Trying to get a new one sent through limited warranty.
