Customer Ratings & Reviews

I needed a replacement for a controller that recently died. Perfect replacement, especially since it's been difficult finding one in gami g stores.

This is a fantastic controller! Easy to use! Smooth!

Works very well as expected. Color matches exactly as pictures. I bought to replace a controller experiencing analog drift and haven’t had any issues.

Thumbsticks are garbage and barely lasted more than 2 months of moderate daily gaming and the right stick drift was bad straight out the box.

Love the color, easy to use and comfortable to handle while playing games, great quality

Controller has a beautiful matte red finish and is very good quality. It looks like they have fixed the rubber covers on the joysticks because on my older controllers they came off very easily. On this one they do not.

After buying the PS4 for my kids, we went for the 2nd controller, so they can have each their own. My daughter white, my boy black. I'm happy having doing so, because the control works perfectly and they can play together.

Great controller, super useful for gaming especially por PC

Awesome I like it keeps charge better than my old controller

It works perfectly! It was purchased as a gift, abd the recipient lived it!

The PS4 Dual Shock Controller has been around for a long time. As it has evolved Sony has produced a controller that is very durable, that last for many years and can take a great deal of wear and tear.

The service and products are amazing. the store is super clean and the staff is very friendly.

You had it, i bought it. Didnt know where to find it in tje store. An employee caught me in the store and offered help. He brouggt me right where i needed and offered other help if needed. Great service

Needed a new one for my son. Fast and easy pick up.

I have purchased PS4 controllers in almost every color for my grandson. I always get them at a good price. He loves playing his gaming system with the controllers. Excellent product!

It’s the same as the controllers that come with PS4s, and if you’re looking at this at all, you already know what they’re like. I like this color.

Official controller, very high quality. Would buy from best buy again

Working condition controller, no issues with it so far

Factory grade PS4 controller with a classy white finish. I thought I might have to clean the thing every so often but its been a solid month of non stop gaming and it still looks pristine, even with dropping it a few times!

This was a gift for a Birthday and they loved it. And he really Loved the color.
