Purchased a second controller for my PS4, as the one that came with the system same great product. Play station knows their stuff and good quality.

My son wanted something other than just the black controller that came with the game. Nothing really different other than the color.

It's a ps4 controller and it works great. Can't go wrong with it. Best to buy from Bestbuy so you know you're getting genuine goods.

Sony has really put a lot of bells & whistles into the new ps4 controller. It feels better in your hand and is spaced appropriately for an adult or kid.

The new PS4 Magma red is more inline with the White controller, I prefer the matte finish over the glossy of the old red style controllers

Best console controller out. Black controller looks amazing with black console and hides any blemishes that other colored controllers might receive.

It’s just as good as the original color black controller. I do enjoy the army gray colors. It added a fun layer to my gaming center.

First thing my kid said is it's very comfortable and since he uses it everyday, I guess that's good. Works as expected and he likes that it's blue.

Awesome redo to the old style. Increased comfort, easier to access D-Pad buttons while your left thumb is still on the control stick, control sticks are a touch more comfortable along with the R2 and L2 triggers are more ergonomically comfortable. The controller design hasn't been redone since??? Well the redesign here is excellent. There controller is a lot more comfortable and easier to use. The big touchpad in the center has yet to prove its use to me, but is easy to hit when you need to access something (Battlelog is BF4). The 3.5mm headset/ headphone jack at the bottom is awesome when you want to run game audio through a pair of headphones because YOU DON'T need an expensive turtle beach or Bluetooth headset. I always hated trying to find a pair of headphones or a headset that was comfortable and easy to use for games... Well why not just use the headphones you have for your computer or digital audio player(s)? A setting within the PS4 allows you to output only chat or all audio through the headphone jack on the controller, making it a lot easier to stay quieter if need be. The triggers have been redesigned and are a little bit more slim in profile when it comes to needing to take the shot. Maybe its just in my head, but it seems like follow up pulls/ shots with the new controller are quicker and easier compared to the original dualshock/2/3 controllers. All in all, a good success for the PS4.

Quality is the same as the one that comes with the console. There are no battery improvements which is unfortunate since they don't tend to last long.
