Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great product and love the color variety/options. Always have loved the PlayStation controllers and it’s what you expect from PlayStation.

I really like the color of this controller. And the feel is much better than the standard ones that come in the bundle.

Lasted many many months of hardcore gaming. Never broke. Love the color. Flashy.

Great controller. This being a 3rd gen PS4 controller so it has better battery and better connection

The ps4 controller is hands down the best controller ever it feels amazing in your hand and is super durable

I bought this as a second controller for the ps4 pro and to use on the pc. Works great on both. Also love the midnight blue color!

Very excellent service Good customer service didn’t have to wait in the store alone. I thought the service they provided for me was very excellent and we encourage someone else friends to chop her or they get perfect service and merchandise.

Easy to use controller durable an great for playing

The product is new as indicated. My spouse originally thought the purchase was directly through Best Buy. However, when placing the order, it was realized this is not the case. This is through a 3rd party seller. While I appreciate the product appeares new as indicated, if I wanted a 3rd party seller, I could have ordered off Amazon for less money. Through the process of ordering, my card was skimmed and attempted to have Apple Pay set up in Hong Kong. I don't even use Apple Pay because it's so rampant with scams as it is. I was also charged twice for the purchase and had to wait 3 business days for the duplicate charge to drop off. All things considered, would not order from this 3rd party again.

My son loves his new controller. The color is a nice blue and so far no problems. Purchased on sale for 20 bucks off.

Excellent durability and ease of use. Having teenage boys who are rough on things makes the durability a huge factor on why I purchased

It is your typical PS4 controller. I love the color and enjoyed using it. Love getting these when they are on sale.

GREAT CONTROLLER WORKS GREAT AND I LOVE THE CAMOFLAUGE

Bought this for my son for Christmas. It works perfectly. It’s comfortable for him to use. Has been great! Thanks BestBuy!

Great controller. Easy to pair with PS4 and no issues like you would get with third party controllers

The PS$ controller is a very nice design. All the controls are easily within reach and the battery life is impressive.

Great controller. Responds well and vibration makes it feel more real. Battery holds a good charge. Don't have to recharge as often as a other band controllers. It feels like a solidly built controller and will last a long time. And the Bluetooth is great.

The color of the controller is quite wonderful and I love that the controller feels quite unique but still familiar to the ps2 and ps3.

So, I have a two gamer household and as a result need at least one more controller. Thus here we are. What I like about the PS4 controllers is they tend to work well with the console. The touch-pad takes some getting used to, but is not necessary for usage or game-play. The controller is a bit bigger than previous models, so it might take some time adjusting to the grip if you're used to the PS3 controller. All in all though it is a nice piece of equipment and holds the charge for about 8-10 hrs of usage for movies and about 4-6 hrs of continuous gaming.

My son is very happy with this purchase. He loves the design/color and of course the product does its job.
