Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great use looks great feels even better like butter baby long lasting battery and charges fast

Works great, fair price, easy pick up from store..

Product is great. Got it for a great price. Employees at Best Buy took care of me when buying this and led me to the right direction when making the decision to purchase this controller had a great selection of colors and a good amount of inventory on hand

I almost did not spend the extra $5 for this controller. My son talked me into buying it and it did not disappoint. Camo is cool! what can I say.

I like the color, the style and the durability. I prefer PlayStation products.

Got this controller for my son as an extra. It is not the favorite in the house all users. We love the color and its ease of use as well.

The New PlayStation DueShock 4, has a better Battery. I play about 8-10 hrs.every night, and it goes down to about half. My original Duel shocks 4 controllers i would have to charge them after 6-8hrs of use. And the new light on the touchpad is really cool easy on the eyes the buttons are better and joystick has a better build quality than previous version. wont worn out as quickly as previous generations. or at least i hope so. This new version of the DualShock controller is definitely worth replacing your old ones with

No complaints. Product arrived timely in great quality

It’s a controller really can’t go wrong with it but love the color an works

Worked well, no problem whatsoever. Out of the box and ready to play within minutes.

I really like this controller, charges pretty quickly, and holds that charge through hours of game play. The haptic feedback creates a additional level of immersion during gameplay, and the button/trigger layout feels intuitive. My first Dualshock 4 wireless controller only lasted 6 months before I noticed functionality issues. I rarely purchase insurance, but this is a product where I would recommend picking a Bestbuy insurance plan along with your purchase.

Product works as expected and love the color. Battery life is good. Salesman helped me price match to an online price and saved me a few bucks!

My controller started having stick drift and any gamer knows that no bueno. I needed a new controller and wanted to make sure I was getting a reliable and good controller and the best place to get that was Best Buy. It’s been over a year my new white controller still holding strong

I bought this controller for multiplay in person. Online multiplayer is cool but I don't have worry about lag in person. My motive for buying this is it matches my glacier white PS4 Destiny Bundle, and its a first party controller. It handles as well as it should. The Dual Shock 4 is light years better than the Dual Shock 3 for PS3. It feels as good as a Xbox 360 controller!!!

So easy to use and great for gaming I recommended this to all my friends kids loves it so much

Needed a second controller for my PS4 Pro console. This synch'd right away with my system and worked perfectly.

Works great! Needed to replace a broken controller. This works perfectly. 50 characters is too much for a video game controller.

PS4 controller in the color is beautiful. Everything about this controller is right.

Great controller!!! It works perfectly!!! Color is cool!!! Cannot complaint!!!

Very great controller and it last . It’s so amazing I like how it feels and looks in my hand
