PlayStation color options are great. My kid wants every color. So many options. Controllers are easy to use and handle easily

It's a great remote. You might want to also get the joystick protector (pretty cheap) for them to last longer if you play a lot.

Love the color and the new texture of the analog sticks. The battery is also better than the dualshock that came with my PS4 Pro, which initially was why I bought a new controller. Unfortunately, drift has begun on the controller making it very frustrating to use. I bought a new to me (used) controller of the same era/model, and it also had drift. I suspect this model (ZTCU2) are prone to drift? It's hard for me to recommend this model to others for the current price. If you can pick up a new controller on sale, then yes. Just submitted a service/warranty request with Sony for this controller.

Genuine Sony product that works great! Not like the cheap knock offs! Got the rose color for my daughter and she loves it!

The controller works well had no problem syncing it to the ps4

The PS4 controller is an upgrade with some great new additions from the previous PS3 version. Trackpad and headphone jack are great!

Overall, the controller does it's job. It fits well in my hand (yours may differ). The most commons issues I have experienced (on multiple Sony PS4 Dualshock controllers) are the L1 and R1 buttons getting stuck (in the depressed position) and the L3 & R3 sticks failing to control game movement accurately. Everything breaks with use, however when the same issues are recurring you begin to hope for another solution.

I couldn’t be more happier with this purchase, I got this control for Christmas for my son. He was so excited when he opened his present.

The controls on this work well and I like the color of it. The joysticks have a grip on them so your fingers don’t slide off when you are playing.

I have had this remote for close to a year now and it still works great. Would recommend and buy again. Best Buy made it super easy to buy online and in store pickup

This is a great color scheme for my daughter. Just wished it was priced better. Found it for $20 cheaper at Walmart after I gifted it.

Ended up having to replace the original controller, and went with the Steel black version. Great controller, no weird defects.

I already like my black one that came with my console but this one is a great color and easier to grip. I actually use this one more and have the kids use the old one lol

It works as described, connects to my PS4 as it should. It’s black and has buttons. All the buttons work.

This controller last longer without charging compared to the 1st gen controller. I play at least 2 hours on it and still shows full bar on the battery indicator.

My wife loves her new controller she was so surprised that they come in rose gold now. She Now wants a rose gold controller for her Xbox.

We needed an extra controller for my oldest son and this one fit the bill perfectly. He loved that it was camouflage. This made it easier to tell which controller is his!
