Poor durability

I typically only play on the weekends and I have to replace them like twice a year due to stick drift. A few years ago and back further, I never had an issue. Just the last couple years they have fallen off in durability.

Okay product but could be better.

The grips are great though and are better than the standard ones and conform to your hands.

Bad experience with Playstation customer service

I tried with other changes and cables, and nothing. Since I threw away the original box, Best Buy could not accept the exchange or return the malfunctioning controller. The Sony warranty process has been a nightmare; I had to send it to a repair location in TX, but they don't update the status online. Playstation chat support does not give any information—deplorable customer service. PLEASE, PLEASE, don't throw away the original boxes. Next time, I will get a Best Buy warranty to avoid these issues
