Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great upgrade from last, sleek design, easy to use,

This is Sony's latest incarnation of their Dualshock line. Unlike the original introduced well into the lifecycle of the first PlayStation, this controller is wireless and includes a small touchpad. However, it costs almost 2 1/2 times as much. These days most multiplayer gaming involves one person per console and a network connection. However, if I want to play Little Big Planet wit my three kids, I need to pay $180+tax for the controllers. That's quite an investment. It's a comfortable, well-built, and well-designed controller...but it comes at a significant price.

Controller works just like the original, because it actually is. Good to get a second controller just in case or to have for 2 player games.

Love this product. Would recommend to friends and family.

Love the color just looks perfect nice feel of the control

Great controller. Classy looking and very handy...

Good controller for my kids love the diferent colors

Needed a new PS4 Controller. Glad I decided to go with this version. I was able to get the color I wanted, and it was in stock, no delays. I'm very happy with my choice... It's a great upgrade at a great price. Would definitely buy again!

Good quality great discount. It looks match with the PS4.

Was a great purchase now to play online all day long

Battery life is better than I expected for all it does. I jumped the first time sound game out of it from MLB The Show as the PS3 did not have a speaker in the controller. Speaker can become gimmicky. My only issue with the controller are the options and share buttons. They are too flush with the controller and my big fingers have problems hitting them which gives it a four star. I would like to see Sony make these buttons easier to see in a dark room and hit when needed. I especially have to use the options button a lot in the games I play.

We have a lot of gaming controllers in various colors, we didn't want another black and this is the one I use. My significant other uses the controller that came with the console. It's a nice controller. It's not too bright of a color which is also good and it's still easy to see if we are trying to look for it.

Great purchase BestBuy‘s always the best to deal with this is perfect for the new PlayStation four I got for Christmas now I can play with more than just myself I can’t wait to buy another one from Best Buy as well I get all of my electronics from Best Buy great price great service great product

Great and comfortable, easy to use, works very well. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Love the controller. Long lasting and very durable. Matches perfectly with my wireless headphones. I could never shop another brand for this controller. DualShock Wireless is the ONLY brand we use. No knockoff brands ! Best brand ever :) VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER

have controller for sometime now and no problems. play almost every day with it and is working fine. nothing bad to say about it. if you do heavy gaming make sure to buy the extended warranty which is about $10 more dollars and comes with 2 years. i rather pay an extra $10 dollars than to pay full price to replace a broken controller.

Great price and really fast shipping, thanks. Orders online with Best Buy are always a good experience.

What do you expect from Sony? You're typical great controller. I love the camo color. Excellent controller with great feel and ergonomics.

Exactly as described. My grandson couldn't have been happier with the quick delivery and ease of use.
