I have been through almost a dozen over the life of my PS4 because the analog sticks start to drift after about a year of use. Make sure to get Geek squad on them (I know I know, the are under $100) cause you are likely to be replacing them after a year.

Just a PS4 controller does the job

It makes the analog feel a bit different at first, but you get used to it and end up liking it.
