Broke in less than 2 mnths
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got it xmas 2021 and started to do die really quickly then after 2 weeks stopped charging altogether. It’s only been 45days since opened…The “cheap” knockoff version we paid a fraction the price for…still kicking since the same time (xmas) with no issues thus far. These Sony controllers are junk now and shouldn’t be this expensive for what seems to be a very temporary controller at best.

Hardware Issue On New Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I had a Best Buy gift card and I decided to buy my older brother a new controller for Christmas. Unfortunately, when it was opened and ready to use, it flashed a red light when turned on or plugged in. I looked it up and it says it is a “hardware issue.” I am taking action to get a refund for it and potentially switching the controller out. The controller looked brand new, and I know I lurches the “Brand New” version of the controller.

Sony Has to Do Better with the Dualshock 5.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These controllers keep malfunctioning...and with light usage. The analog stick always starts sticking and not responding after so much time goes by. No matter heavy usage or light usage. I have had to replace th÷se controllers 4 times. For the price of over $70 after tax...they shouldn't be this unreliable. Hopefully the DS5 is free of this issue...is more reliable.
