This is the PlayStation 4 controller that came out of the box with the system. This controller is fantastic, I love the design. The D pad and analog sticks are great and accurate. I even like the new touch pad. The only thing that keeps me from giving this controller a 5 star is because it has lasted only for 2 months and a half. Well since the day one. I have play a lot of COD Ghosts and Killzone Shadow fall multiplayer and campaign. The R2 trigger has started to stick. It seems like the plastic part inside that pulls the button back and keeps it align is broken. So I said no problem, I will start using the top L1 and R1 buttons instead. But know those buttons also seem to start sticking. I could have understood if it lasted at least 6 months, but I guess I'm going to need to buy a new one soon for $60. Hopefully down the road would be great if this was addressed, since using the controller for games is a necessary. I would still recommend but hopefully a new one more durable comes along.

Bought an additional controller for my boyfriend. Exactly what he needed.

Dual shock remote works but playstation remote do not last which sucks because they are expensive

Controller works perfectly very nice and reliable.

I wish the PS4 came with two controllers, but it was nice to get the style I wanted. The controller works great, and the new style is way better than the PS3 controller. I got it on sale for black Friday, so it was even worth it, even more.

So I received this rose gold controller as a gift recently and it immediately started acting up. Especially the Joystick. However, my boyfriend purchased the red one and it works perfect. The red one is great and has yet to act up. Im not sure if it happened to anyone, where certain colors act up quicker, but just be aware of that.

PS4 controller works as expected. I would buy from Best Buy again.

even with the rubbery thumb pads it still the best controller

You guys cant seem to carry any controllers during the pandemic in-store so I was forced to order one online. Had guaranteed next day delivery, it took a total of 5 DAYS to receive my controller. The product works fine, like it would from any store, but I will NEVER be ordering online from Best Buy again. First and last time.

Excellent buy. A little pricey for my liking, but it came a day early and in pristine condition.

i really like how well made this product is! i can tell the great amount of usage i will get out of it! super happy with my purchases, What a better place than best buy to go and buy better quality things!

This is a good product. User friendly and easy to learn.

The rubber grips on thumb stick could be higher quality

I buy all my ps4 controllers from best buy. The replace them all the time as long as youget the warranties for them.

Product arrived in a timely manner. No problems yet.

Great product. Any person would love this controller

This controller is a big improvement over the Dual Shock 3. Textured bottom increases grip. The headphone/headset jack is built in so you do not have to connect wires to the console. The analog sticks feel much smoother.
