Customer Ratings & Reviews

Pretty sturdy. Good battery life. Button inputs are starting to lag. Not sure if it's because of the drops or button mashing. Hopefully it's just because it was running low on battery. Touch pad is useless. Not sure when it would be utilized. But still better than 3rd party controllers. Price could be better since they should be mass producing these by now

My boyfriend needed a new controller after having his older one for over 6 years. He loved the red color and comfortability of controller Great price great item!

Perfect replacement for previous controller that died after a long video playing life. Easily transitioned to new controller. Highly recommend to for those wanting a high quality basic controller.

Im extremely happy with purchase . Happy with super fast shipping and great service.

This the 4th ps4 controller I have purchased and know that an official controller is the way to go. Great features and Best Buy had it on sale pre black Friday so cant beat the 39.99 price.

Love the color just keep up with it because I can look dirty really quick

Controller works great for the PlayStation - easy to use

My husband and I enjoy playing video games and thus go through quite a few remotes. Got this on sale with a few reward certificates. What can I say it's a PS4 remote.. does what it says it does.

It’s been super hard trying to find any kind of gaming equipment during “COVID” times, so I appreciate Best Buy having what I need, in the color I needed.

I order the play station controller on line as I am not going into stores at this time because of covid . I got what I expected and the order came in just a few days. Sony play station controllers really do not last like one would expect. I am always having to buy them even though every one tries their best to be gently using them. I have bought more Sony controller for play station then I can count. too bad they do not last long. at least every six months all 4 users in my household has to get a new one.

Great controller. The color is very vibrant, just wish it came with a charger.

Finally got a second controller. So far so good. Good purchase

Works great so far! We are on our 3rd Sony controller. So hopefully this one lasts a little longer

It's the officially licensed-by-Sony Dualshock 4. It's bound to work just as well as the one that comes with the console, so no complaints here. The camo style is nice, just a fun little design to make it stand out, and I've actually started using this as my go-to controller without even thinking about it. only way to make it betdiet is iif it actually came with a charging cord.

Just like every other controller. Really good and glad best but had it in stock.

The kids wanted their own controllers that had their own colors. This fit the bill and now they don't fight over who get what controller when playing. Works just as well as the black ones.

Great controller. Was everything I expected. It the original ps4 controller from sony by the way so I recommend buying from here one hundred percent

It works good i dont know what else to say to fill the 50 chracters

It's a great remote but a shame that they get drift pretty quickly.

Works great! The kids love this controller. I would buy again!
