I have two of the original controllers that Sony made for the PS4, and I have to say the newer one, this model, is so much better. It feels better in the hands to use and the battery lasts much longer.

The Dual Shock 4 is a much better improvement from the Dual Shock 3.... while i had never really experienced much problems with the DS3 i never really realized how small it was until the DS4 came along. now when i go back to my PS3 its like im playing with a micro machine. The dual shock 4 fits comfortably in my hands(i have big hands) where the Xbox controller n other third party or other platform controllers seem to hurt my hands for some reason (cramps n such) dont know what it is about the DS4 but it doesnt do it. its very durable doesnt break easily..... but just like any electronic i dont recommend spilling anything on it or playing with sticky hands cause if you have to take it a part to clean it they tend to be pains to put back together.

Not sure why, but to me this feels better to play with than the controller that was in the box. I bought it so I'd always have a fully charged controller, but this has become by go-to and the original is my backup.

Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There weren’t many available at the store (maybe 2 remained). Performance: It does exactly what I needed from this device. I purchase this control to replace another. The design is very cool for kids and/or adults. Everything works perfectly and is an original Sony product/control. The kids love the design!!! Customer service: EXCELLENT customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door. Then other employee asked what I needed. He had strong knowledge of what I was looking for and helped me to get to the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly. THANK YOU!!!!

Always a good idea to have a second controller. You never know when a friend what's to play....or you play so long you run your battery down on your primary controller! Feels good in hands, easy to use.

After purchasing this controller after breaking my last one on accident, I was excited to have a brand new controller after buy one a couple years ago. However, after bringing it home, I noticed when using the controller that the right analog stick malfunctioned a bit where it will pan the camera in-game slightly to the right even though I’m not touching the stick, let alone the controller. Although many functions in my games doesn’t need that bit of slight movement from the analog stick, but this does (kind of) get in the way when I’m playing First-Person Shooters where accuracy is key to win. Overall, the controller is ok and I was still satisfied with it. It’s just that this minor flaw takes away that “fresh, brand-spankin’-new feel out of the controller. If anything, I shrugged this flaw off as if this controller must’ve been a refurbished controller. All-in-all, I’m okay with keep the controller, I just hope I don’t come across anything like this when I come back to buy the PlayStation 5 considering it will be a brand new hot topic of 2020-2021.

I first encountered the DualShock 4 controller when I was playing on my PS4 and it was great. Lightweight, great response time, love the LEDs that change colors , touchpad is also good and triggers are responsive enough for feedback. Now I switched back to PC gaming and this is great. I'm running it with "DS4Windows" which is a 3rd party app to make the DS4 controller work on Windows. It's great! you can use it either wired or wireless and charge from PC with the micro-usb cable it comes with. I played WWE 2k18, NBA2k18, COD: WWII, and South Park with it. So far- great! Highly recommend if you use controllers for PC gaming.

The controller Works great and keeps a long charge.

This is a PS4 controller that is red. It is a red color and is for the PS4 game system. If you have the black controller it is identical to this one. the only difference is that it is red. I seem to win more games with the red controller over the black one. I feel it is more powerful and vastly superior to the black in ever way. Just don't let the online gaming community know that you are using a red controller or you may get banned. What I do is start a game with the black one and then quickly switch to the red one and play undetected and win. My record in Call of Duty with this controller is currently 582-1. The only loss was an emergency bowel movement I had to make during a game.

This controller has a sleek design and a great color. It goes great with my Star Wars themed PlayStation 4 I would recommend it to anybody. It has great response time and makes you feel like you're in the game.

What more can I say about the Ps4 controller besides it is a vast upgrade from the Ps3 control. Top it off with a cool camo design and it makes for an awesome controller that I prefer to use every time I play nowadays

So far so good. Just bought this controller about 2 months ago and it works great. Buttons are in place. And all buttons function very well. They charge pretty quickly and are very easy to use.
