Customer Ratings & Reviews

My son's ps4 controller died so off to the store I went for a new one. Of course I asked first if there were any way to fix it and the salesperson was very kind. Answered my questions and suggested I buy extended warranty in case this new one dies too since they're so costly. Thanks for the good service. Now if Sony could drop the prices on their controllers a little that'd be great. ;)

this controiller is a great design , you can see the rotar that makes it spin

Sony product that works well as always. Boyfriend just wears them out after awhile.

Needed 2nd controller for game system for new system bought as a Christmas present.

The color is just amazing, it's not overly shiny and it the price couldn't be beat.

BEST BUY price match the PlayStation 4 Dual Shock controller. The micro USB port lets you keep it charged and ready to use make sure u buy additional button cover buttons for better feel on fingers. The shock vibration is amazing when playing your favorite games. The audio input in the controller allows gamers to use headphones to play and dont disturb the rest of your family.

This controller is absolutely beautiful, and feels great in the hand.

Nice remote, great colors. Buttons worked freshly and easy connection

Had to get a replacement controller and this one is perfect and love the gold!

This controller is similar to the one provided with the console. Good Quality. Cool Color.

I've never had an issue with any Sony PS4 controller. Well, I can't say that completely. I am buying this to replace an older one. My son kept pushing to hard on L3 pushing forward. This caused the L3 button to quit working. But it took 7 years. The one I replaced was the original controller I got when I bought the PS4.

My son loved the red one. Got a great deal on Black Friday.

The PS4 controller is good quality. I like the camo styling.

My son loves having a controller he can have a little personality to.

Easy to handle Would recommend love the colors it comes in

Allows chorded gameplay. Compatible with older ps4.

Grip feels good, buttons easy to press, and experiencing no problems.

I've had several Ps4 controllers and this was the least expensive yet!

The controller seems to be made with good quality. I like the touchpad at the top which makes screen navigation easier. Possible downside when compared to the Xbox controllers is that it uses a proprietary battery while Xbox can use AA. However, PS4 controllers can be charged directly using microUSB cables which Xbox does not offer. (you would have to buy a special cable...more $)

great controller, got here fast, will buy again!!!
