Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great controller paired easily with my kids gaming console. Very durable and seems hard to break which is a plus when you have small kids.

This controller works great and we love the collor

This controller looks and works great. Fun to use.

Dickson City BB always has the best customer service. I'll always drive the extra 20 minutes north to shop there. Product was in stock and a good price. It functions as expected. Thanks.

It’s a PS4 controller. Made by Sony. Have you ever used a play station before? It’s a controller. It works well, it’s better than an Xbox controller (-personal opinion) why buy from Best Buy? Simple: Because you can get a warranty. Buy your next controller from Best Buy!

Perfect for playing PlayStation with the family or when you need a spare controller. Everyone has their own controllers with the different colors, they know exactly which one to grab when it's game time.

The ps4 dual shock wireless controller works as it is supposed to. I think the exclusive crystal red color from Best Buy is a nice touch.

Looks new PS4 controllers over the older ones. The battery lasts a lot longer, the thumbsticks are more rugged and have a better grip on them, L2 and R2 buttons are more springy (a good thing), and the thumbsticks also feel way smoother when moving them around. Feels great

I purchased this for my boyfriend, he loves it! Quality is great and the color is very clean. Just wish they were making them in Red like they did with PS3.

We needed a couple more controllers (for those very rare games that actually let you use more than two controllers on one console at the same time) so when my brothers come over we could have the option of playing some 4-player Minecraft or Terraria. The blue controller is working great, and it stands out from the black ones.

The Urban Camouflage print is a nice change to the controllers. It's still built very well. Same quality as the others from Sony. I anticipate more options of controller looks from Sony. After market controllers I feel, don't hold the quality as Sonys do, therefore to me Its not an option in buying other brand made models.

Product is durable and reliable, meets and exceeds my expectations. Would buy again.

Works great, white goes with my darth vader ps4!!!

Holding up well, really enjoy the new controllers.

Great for the kids easy to use keeps the kids busy

I am used to the PS1 and PS2 controllers so getting a wireless controller was pretty mind-blowing. You do have to charge these, but it's not really a problem if you get a charger cradle where you can just store the controllers and charge them at the same time. The wireless-ness is awesome.

Great controller. Easy to use charge lasts a while

works perfectly fine no issues at all no scratches or anything wrong with the controller and the shipping is really good it came the next day.

It works Awesome and I love it so much thank you.

I took my grandson to Best Buy to purchase a new controller. He picked this model and then used it at home. He really likes it and was just what he wanted.
