Customer Ratings & Reviews

I have tried every controller out there and the ps4 controller is by far the most comfortable controller on the market. Connects easily to a pc for games that require use of a controller.

Love the color works awesome Definitely get the warranty it’s well worth it just in case one of the kids break it and you’re covered

works as expected but cost too much. best to wait when it goes on sale. i like the red color..

Perfect. Works like a charm. Recently broke my old controller after using it for almost 4 years. The black finish on the controller lookes great and puts my old controller to shame

The controller is nice and looks high quality. My son loves the color which was the reason we bought it. Need to connect using bluetooth with are PS4. Connecting with cable didn't work.

At the top of my list to purchase my remote was that I wanted the best deal. Best buy was able to price match the lowest online price I found. This remote is flawless ... it over exceeds the reviews I read. I highly recommend this remote to anyone.

Good controller except rubber buttons sometimes tear, other then that pretty good.

Really great product. Sony definitely knows how to make good stuff! The buying process was easy peasy, definitely like the curbside pick up and I hope they keep on doing that.

Best console controller. Can now connect with other devices.

my son is in love with the color and the ease of using the controller and loves the fact it is wireless

Just what the grandson wanted for Christmas. Bought this last year for the other grandkids and they are still intact! Good buy very happy with this purchase

I play a lot of games and have went through my share of controllers. I absolutely love the DualShock 4. Although it's essentially the same layout as the DualShock 3 (the 4 having the added touch pad) the quality is no comparison. Good job Sony!

I purchased this controller and now I can’t stop using it. The color and design is awesome and works perfect.

I bought it back when it was on sale for $40. I was able to easily find the product, and an employee was kind enough to give me his opinion on the product. The controller has a nice feel when holding it, and it performs without any problems.

Loved the color, too bad I bought a PS% right after buying this haha. Didn't enjoy it for long, but it allowed me to finish out playing spiderman before new spiderman dropped.

The controller is what you'd expect from PlayStation. Its comfortable, feels good in the hands. Not very many games utilize the touch pad interface but that is ok with me. I've purchased 6 of the controllers and I haven't had any issues with them.

Controller was easy to connect and use. Have had over 6 months and still works like new

Best Buy has a great controller color selection, and the PS4 controllers here are great quality.

Product works great, no delay in response time and service was very good at the store I purchased it from. The price was also very fair considering the color I got it in.

It was a gift for a friend as his other one couldn’t hold a charge long. The battery on this brand new controller is great compared to the ones that this replaced which were about 5 yrs old.
