Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is newer model controller. Works smoothly, charges faster and last longer. Glad I purchased it.

Great color and feel. This one hasn’t broken yet despite the anger and rage that comes from a teenage boy that thinks he is the greatest fortnight player but is always losing

I recently purchased a PS4 controller from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The controller feels incredibly comfortable in my hands, and the button layout is intuitive, making it easy to navigate through games. The build quality is excellent, with a solid and durable feel that promises long-term use. The battery life is impressive, allowing for extended gaming sessions without constantly needing to recharge. Additionally, the responsive touchpad and precise analog sticks enhance the overall gaming experience. Overall, I highly recommend the PS4 controller from Best Buy for anyone looking to elevate their gaming setup!

Great controller. Dual shock and works the way it's intended. Easy to use. I even like the color.

The color is great and it works even better than my older version controller that came with the PS4. The battery also seems to last longer.

Purchased as a gift for someone in my household. Used roughly four times a week approximately 2 hours a day. No change in battery charge. Still stays charged throughout daily play, with all the sound and rumble turned on. No complaints from recipient at all. Buttons all work as they should. Camo looks as pictured.

This is a great controller to replace an older, worn out, PS4 DualShock controller. It charges as expected, works with the station right out of the box, feels great in hand, the color is nice, and it has no drift. If you're in the market, I highly recommend this.

I bought this for my PC because I wanted to have a decent wireless controller. Initially I was going to buy an Xbox 360 or One controller but the 360 has a clunky dongle and the One controller can only be used wired - with a USB. I did some research and found out that the PS4 controller was bluetooth (unlike the Xbox controllers), and that it could be used on PC with a special 3rd party driver. I went to my local Best Buy, picked one up (in Urban Camo of course) installed the drivers to my PC and took it for a spin. The controller, to my surprise, worked amazingly well with every games that I tested it with. The vibration was amazing, (something I never experienced since I use a gaming mouse) it made the gameplay a lot more fun and immersive. I tested it on Titanfall, Far Cry 4, Far Cry 3, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Watchdogs, Battlefield 4, Black Ops 2, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Portal 2, and Grand Theft Auto: V. **I would highly recommend this controller to any PC gamer looking for a great wireless controller! ** *Drop me a comment if you want details to the drivers.*

Works perfect! Connected easily and fast. Happy Customer!

Excellent controller, this is exactly what you would expect from a Sony product. I love the color of it, this is really what stuck to me. If you can get it at a discount, go for it!

Works great, kids love the fun colors, and hold a charge well.

Excellent controller, fits good in hands, like the vibrating feature, great color. Responsive, wireless is the way to go!

I tried getting the red controller last year from another store. It didn't work at all. Returned it but never purchased a replacement until a few months ago during a sale. Got it at a great price! This one works perfectly and the color is awesome. My fiancé considers it his new favorite controller. There's a sort-of light strip along the touch bar as well as the original light. I was confused about that at first but I guess it's a new thing? Anyway we love it and we're glad we finally got one!

Great product love this color they always work great
