4 stars because initial set up did not proceed smoothly. Once set up it works great with no problems.

Love the color. Bought it for my sister for Christmas to go with her PS4. Same price as the originals black controller, why not get a colored one that looks pretty.

I'm not going to give Best buy a bad rating because Sony controllers suck! We purchased this controller for my son and within 3 months it had "stick drift". We come back to the store return it for another and what do you think happens again....same thing. I do some research and find out that not only Sony but Xbox and Nintendo all use the same supplier for the thumb sticks and everyone knows how bad they all are. I'm tired of new controllers just wish one of the big three could use some better parts so the controllers don't break as easily as they are.

Looks cool and it's Sony brand so it obviously works with the PS4.
