Excellent service literally no wait when I picked it up, bought as a gift for my niece for her birthday, she loves it.

The Dual Shock 4 controller is already amazing, but even better in the midnight blue edition. I have loved this color as soon as Sony released it, and knew I had to have at least one of them for my collection.

My son loves it he has no problem. A hook braided up delivery was great. Everything was great. They worked great.

The new PlayStation controller is comfortable to hold and as responsive as you would expect. Some of the features, like the headphone jack and touch pad, are innovative. Other features, like the light bar and in-controller speaker, are rather gimmicky, but they have their charm nonetheless.

Even if the PS5 controller tech is de facto better, i still like to use the ps4 controller for vita tv or for remote play.

the controller holds a charge well and allows me to play all day with out a need for charge with a great feel when in use

great controller for my kids PS4; I like that they come in a variety of colors so the boys know which one belongs to them; the boys can be rough on them at times and eventually have to be replaced but other than that the controllers are great

What can I say -- this is a tried and true design that's been used for years. I used it as a teen and now my nephew is still using it years later! :D

I got my son a PS4 for Christmas and wanted to make sure he had an additional controller for when his friends are over. This one is made by Sony so I had no worry that it would work just as well as the included controller. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

The second generation of the DS4 controller is great and you can't go wrong with red! Quality wise, this controller seems less likely to break down with normal wear and tear than the first gen. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Pro-tip: Buy the controllers when they go on sale. :)

Nice controller and doesn’t have drift. It also seems to have extended battery life.

The old controller just wasn’t lasting very long, and sometimes L3 was cranky. Found out the old old spare was dead. A new one is of course much better, and the red is hard to misplace.

I bought this for my son after his old one broke. It works well. He is pleased. I am thankful for the availability and the order was ready for pickup within the hour of the online order. Great work, Best Buy!

Great controller. Easy to pair with the ps4. Glad I got for when the battery dies in the other controller.

Favorite color in game controllers...got used to this controller for the playstation 4 console. Very easy to use.

I needed an additional controller. Extreme confidence in these controllers. I've logged 5000+ hours on my PSN account. The original PS4 (initial release) controller still performs great. The only difference between the controllers is a slim light bar in the touchpad on the new controller.

There is nothing better than OEM when it comes to controllers for PS4. I hate every knock-off controller ever made for PS3 and that you cannot get a new OEM controller for it anymore. I picked up spares for this just to avoid that problem in another year or two.
