    This controller replaces one of the standard controllers shipped with a PS4, should they break, or adds another identical controller to your system, if that is what you are looking to do.     It works with my PS4 and that is all I care about for this. PS4 controllers just seem way mor solid than PS3 controllers. Also, this works with my computer as well.
