Bought this as a second controller for a PS4 pro. Seems to be working ok and the batter seems to be lasting a good while.

I'm a console gamer with a wide variety of consoles and while it never came up as a big deal, I did notice that I was consistently cramping after long gaming runs when I played the PS3. This was never an issue with my much larger xbox 360 controller. I always had a desire to find a converter. Enter this controller that is just a great fit. I no longer cramp up and it has the added bonus of being able to be used with the PS3 so long as its wired. I won't say its a precision gamer's delight as I noticed only a slightly better performance with this controller over the other. I'm a casual gamer so I am not up there with the experts. Those I have played with that are serious about their gaming still use mods and risers on their controllers to get the most out of them. The downsides are: - brand new out of the box, this thing does not come with a charge cord. I felt that was rather irritating given what I paid for it, but any microusb will plug into this thing and if you have a smart phone, you're going to be just fine. - It must be wired if you plan to use this with your PS3, so I got myself a 10ft cord when I want to get back to the PS3 with friends so I can still sit comfortably on the couch. - lastly, if you are using this with your PS3 you will still want a PS3 controller nearby as the Playstation button does not work on the DS4 for the PS3. Otherwise, it was a great buy. I got it before my PS4 so I can test it out and just level of comfort while I continued to utilize my PS3.

A great controller. I recommend to buy from Best Buy, many controllers from eBay and Amazon are fake.

This controller was purchased to go along with the purchase of a new PS4 system. It works perfectly and allows for a 2nd player as promised.

The controller might feel different but the durability of the dualshock 4 is unquestionably better than Microsofts cheap xone controllers that break easily.

Just like the controller that comes with the PS4. Must have one to play with two people since only one comes with the PS4. Works great.

Works as it was intended to.. So far have had no 8ssues and it been getting a good amount of abuse with the kids all over it..

I love the controller and its design. I do wish they utilized the touch pad and light in games more often but that's the game designers who fall short on that.

Great PS4 controller. Good grip and solid build. Pricey but definitely worth it. Recommend.

The best controller Sony has made so far. Much better than the Duel Shock 3. Battery life appears to be good. Can be recharged with any FireWire phone chord.
