    It's a factory controller...what needs to be said about it, not much. But buying from Best Buy with Geek Squad protection is the only way to go. I've had them fail and they were covered. Swapped out and back playing in no time at all. Go find it cheaper online and then suffer when you have an issue. Anyway, if it's a legit online retailer BestBuy will match the deal. Unless something changes dramatically I'LL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
