Solid quality controller

I like the touchpad at the top which makes screen navigation easier. Possible downside when compared to the Xbox controllers is that it uses a proprietary battery while Xbox can use AA. However, PS4 controllers can be charged directly using microUSB cables which Xbox does not offer. (you would have to buy a special cable...more $)

Only if you need an additional controller

Have yet to see any usefulness of the touchpad. Battery will get you through a mini-marathon, but seems to have shorter life than the DUALSHOCK 3.
