    I had a great experience when shopping at best buy. I've had to replace my controller twice already since I bought it because there so fragile. So glad I payed for the insurance, they were extremely nice and replace my controller with no problem, I would def recommend this to a friend or relative if they ever decide to purchase any products from best buy!
