Great Additional Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a second controller for my PS4, and have been burned in the past by non SONY branded controllers, so decided to stick with the official PS4 controller. They appear to have redesigned the covering for the thumb toggle sticks on these controllers since the launch controllers. The rubber on my original controller has started to peel, whereas the rubber on the thumb toggles of this new one feels a lot more robust. Overall great, ergonomic design in a controller to be used as an addition to my system. Over six months of use and no issues at all.

The only down side is the but in lithium ion battery. When it fails, as all rechargeable batteries eventually do, the controller is worthless.

It feels very firmililar but it added some great upgrades compared to the PS3 controller. The only flaw is the rubber on the joysticks. Overtime they may start to fall apart but they are easy to replace.

Lights, immersive sounds, this controller has it all. It does die more frequently than the duel shock 3 if you don't turn it off when you're not using it.
