Replaced Old DualShock Controller

Holding the reset button—on the back of the controller—for 5 seconds resets the firmware to factory and solved the pairing issue for me. Now, the controller functions as expected and feels more accurate compared to the old tired ones on the controllers that originally came with my PS4.

Excellent ps4 original Sony Controller Wireless

Battery life is excellent & I would highly recommend it to anyone. Not only is a great controller but the rose gold makes it that much better & I have the matching headset.

Faulty cotroller, brand new):

The joystick keeps pushing upwards even though you aren’t touching it. I thought he was just being dramatic, but I tested it myself and he’s right. That’s $50 down the drain. Thanks, Best Buy. This isn’t my only experience with poor quality controllers from them. I bought the Star Wars PS4 from them a couple years ago, and the controller wasnt clipped in on the side. Never buying controllers from here again. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.
