Bought this item, and from what the box implies I could just plug in the dongle, pair it with the controller, and voila, it works. That's not the case. I had to download a seperate program that was made by some random person online in order for this product to work. Insult to injury - This kit does not even come with any kind of charging cable.

This product does NOT allow you to use your PS4 controller for windows, it is ONLY for playstation related stuff on windows. Yes, there are workarounds for using a PS4 controller on windows but I originally thought this was a one stop for all of that work around, I was wrong. Do not purchase this if you want to use with Steam.

i admit i don't use ps4 controllers but i wanted to add one to use with my PC if a guest prefered it. i also wanted this to be my go for use on a different laptop. it had horrible syncing issues, and even weird charging issues. brought it back next day

Although I have good Internet apparently it's not good enough to use this.. its not the product at this point, it's the requirements Sony has.

Return two within 30 days concerned about quality. Felt by necessity to purchase ext warranty. Service was great, product not so much.

I am planning to purchase a controller since I bought PS4 Pro then I saw this promo where it includes a wireless adaptor for PC. So I decided to purchased it. The controller is the latest model like what is included in PS4 Pro (CUH-ZCT2U). It works for Steam since I tested playing Naruto Shippuuden. When you used the usb adaptor, a new device for sound will be added and from there you can now use your controller headset jack to listen. Its not that easy to pair but not that too complicated (there is an instruction included). I noticed that the controller will automatically shutdown if its idle for maybe around 5 minutes. But once you paired it just open it by pressing the ps button. My recommendation: Its a good deal overall.

Works without difficulty for PS now and remote play, but if you wanted to use the controller and adapter for other games, it requires a work around. Would only recommend for those wanting to use this for PS now or remote play.

I love the DS4 controller. I got this to play with my pc and it has worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, it can only connect to one device at a time.

This combo gets you a Dualshock 4 and Wireless USB adapter (usually $24.99 separately) for a great price.

Can't beat it for $40 with the wireless usb adapter and new model controller

I got this product for a very good deal. There is nothing to complain. You get the newest generation of dual-shock and a usb to hook up to your Mac or pc.

Shipping was fast and the controller was as good as the one came with ps4 slim or even better.
