The Sony DVD player is great. My husband hooked the player up easily. I have been using it ever since.

I had purchase this dvd for my mom in 2020 its still works as of today in 2021

Would have given it five stars, but the lack of an HDMI port and inability to upscale diminishes my rating of it. Overall it’s a very decent DVD player. Compact size decreases the number of inputs I suppose. This model has component inputs but no HDMI. The next model up has HDMI but no component inputs. Around ten years ago I bought a Sony DVD player with both that was around two inches wider.

I bought this basic DVD player for my Mom, cause they don't need the latest technology, they need something that works fine and its fine, Its a Sony!.

This is the third DVD player of this brand and model I have purchased. All for different televisions. No problems with either one.

I didn't want to spend a lot for a DVD player.. for the price.. this serves it's purpose just fine.. no issues at all.

I needed a dvd with component where my Blu-rays are HDMI only. Inexpensive and works for it's intended purpose.

I bought one of these before but my son took it. I needed anotherone and of course I selected the same because it's proven to work.

Good value. Instructions were not very clear to me. And, buttons (power, etc.) are very small. Very few available in store.

Nice if you're looking for a compact, basic DVD player. If you want more, get something else.

Nothing wrong with the product. My issue is with the sales associate who misinformed me about the product. I specifically told them what I needed the item for and asked if it would work. Although he read about it on his little store gadget to get more information than what was on the box, the product did not serve my purpose. Very disappointing to be misinformed! It’s a product that most people no longer need so that’s why I would not recommend.

Good brand great deal works nice mom loves it and easy for grand kids too
