This basic dvd player by Sony is ok. It plays my child's dvds just fine. Picture quality is ok, but nothing special. This was the last of my store's total dvd stock so I did not have much of a choice. But it does the job. I would recommend it for families as a backup model or for the children's playroom.
Hi Lolli13, We are glad that it's performance meets your standards. Thank you for choosing SONY! ~Ralph

We are very pleased and satisfied with this product. The price was a very good deal. We would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is very light and compact.

It's a no frills DVD/CD player. I cannot speak to the DVD quality, but it does the job for CD listening. Comes with a remote, but be careful around other Sony equipment, i found that the remote also works on my Sony soundbar lol.

Nothing wrong with this as a lightweight compact DVD player to play the remaining DVDs around. No HDMI connection, but did not matter, as the RCA cable provided works fine. Wish it had a "power on" light indicator on the front so I could confirm that I turned it off, but not a problem.
