Plays dvds, easy to operate and hook up, good value for money.

Third one I bought, work great and break after about two years. Not a problem because the price is so good that I consider them disposable. I use them at work to play DVDs for the waiting room so they pretty much run all day long. I cant say for sure but I feel they would probably last a lot longer if I didn't play them as much as I do, but for the price I keep coming back for more.

This dvd player was a very good buy for my money. It was easy to install and meets all the needs of which I purchased it

This DVD is very easy to set up and is compatible with almost tv.

The Sony DVD player works well. The instructions are very clear and the quality of the sound and pictures are excellent. A very good value for the money.

I recently moved across country and my equipment is still in the moving process but was not able to watch anything so I decided to purchase a cheap DVD player for a short time. this unit has been used for a few weeks now and it was an easy set-up, plays DVD well and I have not had any issues to date.. For me,,,,for why I bought this dvd player I really just wanted to buy a bare bones system to play the few dvd,s that I own as of now,,,, I will up grade to a more advanced dvd player but,,,,I'm not in a rush at the moment to do so now. The DVD player works really well for me I also bought it because of the name brand (Sony)

The bottom line is, it is a basic and simple DVD player. Do not expect much more, re Surrond Sound, home theatre quality. For the small dollar amount - it is easy to install and get working. Yourself and the family can watch DVD's while you can look at all of the options and upgrade to a better package or home theatre style unit. Simple to install and you will be watching movies in no time.

The value of this did player for its buck is definitely there. Worth spending the extra couple of dollars. Typical standard did players don't last very long. This ones taken a beating and still works like new.

Only use it to play CD’s and for that it works fine. Price was great. Bought it open box and came in perfect condition
