It works very well. I'm glad I bought it at best buy and it has a 1 year warranty also.

Works exactly as it should. Very pleased. This was for a guest room TV setup so we haven't stressed it out, but all works as expected.

I got this for use with my Insignia TV in the store breakroom. My church ladies' group meets here and we used it for an audio CD at last month's meeting. It worked great. I love the fact that it can be used for music only, or for movies. Very happy I got this one.

Prior to being hit by a car while walking down the street I always did my yoga and exercises with my dvd's. I suddenly had to stop all of this. During my absence my DVD player broke down. As soon as my health improved I wanted to get back to all my exercises and staying healthy. I needed a new DVD player. I reached out to Best Buy and the representative I spoke with was very helpful and informative. I found a very good DVD player that I could attach to my tv and immediately went and purchased it.

The unit worked great out of the box. The menu is easily accessed and the functions are all you could want. DVD's which were troublesome on my previous player give this unit no trouble.

This works very well with my old RCA stereo amp. The DVD player is a little slower in starting, but once it does, it works flawlessly. By "slow in starting," I mean that when you push "Play" there is a delay of several seconds before the music starts. Don't know why,.

All the Sony equipment I have owned has preformed almost flawlessly. I expect this player will do the same.

Wanted a good player that was not expensive. This product fit the bill and we have no complaints about it. It's simple to use and let's us enjoy the movies without worrying about the player. Another quality product from Sony.

Did not realize that this doesn't have a HDMI port. When I left the store I ask associate what I needed to make this work, she sold me a HDMI cable which I didn't need. I purchased this without really checking it out. Recycled box to soon! I live an hour away from closest Best Buy so I didn't get to return it . Instructions were very inadequate so I have a unit that doesn't work. Not very happy with this purchase. Partly my fault for not paying attention to detail. Partly Best Buy's fault for selling me something I didn't need.

Great I would recommend this to any one that is just wanting a dvd player
