my sony dvd player from best buy was exactly what i wanted. the dvd player work's perfectly and was well within my budget. i'm very happy with my purchase.

I needed a to replace a CD/DVD player...most the Blurays have only HDMI, great it your amp has plenty, mine does not. More than adequate, and much better than the 15 year old unit it replaced

This was exactly what we were looking for, a basic simple DVD player without any bells and whistles. It was priced very well and works great.

It's a good value product. Price is great. But it skips easily if there is any sort of slight vibration. Doesn't happen often so it's generally okay.

It works great. Easy to learn how to use. Seems to be a good quality. Runs smoothly and pruduces a quality picture also good sounds.

My wife has a workout room. She uses DVD's for her workouts. Our old DVD player quit. This one works great, and is simple for us old folks to operate.

Repurchased to replace my DVD player that died after years of heavy use. Highly recommend (assuming you have component connections and don't need 1080p resolution).

DVD was bought to read older DVD's that weren't being read on some newer units we have including DVD readable BLU RAY PLAYERS. This however was able to do the job and plays in excellent quality.

I’m happy I bought this product. It works very well and my son loves watching his DVD’s on it! No complaints as of yet.

I bought this DVD player because I needed the RCA component outputs in order to run our "cuss-box". I also have had good luck with Sony electronics. This player works like a charm.

Works well does not come with HDMI cord I had some trouble figuring out how to connect to tv but overall good experience

I already own this Sony DVD player and it is a very good quality product. I just moved and need an additional player .

the unit is basically good, there is no led display, you don't know where you are on a cd,or dvd, which track your on, where on dvd your at , don't know how or why they would not have this basic needed function, makes no sense, cd sounds better than older model sony used before this one and dvd picture quality is good, to bad no onboard counter, i would give this unit a higher rating, this is a real nuisance, I wouldn't have bought this if I would have known.

I purchased this DVD player for some elderly friends of mine . Easy to set up. They don't watch Blu-ray or 4K so it was just what they needed.

Just what I was looking for. Simple and effective.

This my second one I purchased . I put this one in my 22 month Olds room. It's a nice little unit. Works well and easy to set up and easy to use. The first unit is in the living room

We needed an inexpensive DVD player as we are starting to phase out our dvds. This was inexpensive and takes up very little space.

Picture quality is as good as a much more expensive player. Doesn't have all the bells & whistles, but for the price it does a great job.
