I'm no tech genius, so it was a big relief to find that setting it up was very easy. It plays my DVDs perfectly, and now i realize what a crappy player i had before. The skipping, seizing up, blurry picture-all GONE. What a pleasure, to be able to watch my shows again! Highly recommend.

Was disappointed in Best Buy Checkout. Both checkouts closed and had to go to customer service and wait in line there.
