Very nice product at a good deal price. I wish they make a combo dvd/VHS as I have a collection of old classic VHS. Best Buy Is always my preferred store when we need electronics supplies. Fast and reliable service.

This is an excellent no frills budget dvd player. Usually sells for around 30 dollars, I got an open box in brand new condition for 12 bucks. Very satisfied. Would be worth it at $30.

Luckily, our new Sony DVD player arrived just in time, and has worked marvelously since day one. Highly recommend!

Great price easy to setup. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This is a basic, no-frills DVD (not BluRay) player that does everything a player should do without the bells and whistles a higher end player might offer. It's just what I need for my existing DVD library, which has no BluRay disks anyway. It has an RCA red/blue/green component video output, which I wanted because my other equipment is so old that they generally do not have HDMI inputs or outputs (and I didn't want to have to update all of them at once). It also has a digital sound output. I got this from a Best By outlet store - it's a good value at its retail price, but even better value there.

I love this little guy. You know why? No wi-fi, no apps, it simply plays DVDs and CDs. Kind of the entire point, right? And for such an affordable unit, it performs very well! Super responsive and on a medium screen (mine is connected to a 40'' Vizio), DVDs look great. Definitely a good buy!

This is a base line, economy DVD player. We use it all the time, and it works great. The Sony quality is there. The only downside is how slow it is. Takes a few seconds to turn on, a few seconds to open the tray, a few more to load it, and then you can finally hit Play. But for the occasional movie, it suits our needs and has held up with the kids.

If you are looking for an affordable dvd player this one isn't bad. I have had better ones in the past, but am on a pretty tight budget right now. It's not bad, I recommend it if you are on a budget otherwise if you have the money to get something better I would suggest doing so. Good luck in your electronics search.

I love this DVD player! Great price for a name brand. Functions very well. I plan on having this product for a very long time! I love it!

It is a lot smaller than I envisioned.... about 1/2 rack width. Works well but most functions are best accessed on the remote. If all connected is the audio output, there are no displays except the power light.

This Sony dvd player is the exact same model that lasted for fifteen years with frequent usage. The new one is working great so far and promises the same quality that endures over time. Thank-you Sony!
